This project estimates change over time in soil bulk density and total soil carbon and nitrogen concentrations for the three grazing treatments at Harvard Farm: hay (no grazing), rotational grazing, and intensive grazing. Samples were collected ten years following transition from an intensively managed grassland into managed pasture.
