Could not assess canopy b/c leaves were just beginning to emerge. Small caterpillars on one tree bark but could not ID. moth present. This survey was done by Brockton HS students visiting per Highstead F. field trip scholarship. 1st time to HF. Env. Sci. honors class. PVC marker from another study in plot. I intend to go back and see if any trees were missed or if some were from any adjacent plots by accident.
